"The CDPE coure provides a great system and organizatiion! Having all the forms and everything ready when the offer comes in is great! I just submitted a short sale package and the BPO was done within 2 days! (I never had that happen before!) I sent in the pkg with a fax cover sheet (designed from one of the resources) detailing everything that was being provided along with a cover letter following the suggested one in the samples. I do feel that all this had some weight! I was able to talk w/someone the day after submitting the package!"
