Biography

As a second generation broker and someone who's been around real estate all his life,  I know what it takes to thrive in today's real estate market. I look to be first a counselor and second, a real estate agent to my clients. I believe it is very important to fully understand where your clients are coming from and what is important to them about possibly one of their biggest investments.  Clients are not just transactions to me, but long lasting relationships that is built upon trust and loyalty.  Of course, this is not an easy feat, but I achieve it by providing premier customer service and in such a diverse and fast changing market as today, you need someone on your side that understands today's market well and always has your best interest as number one priority. 

 
Holding the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation has made me rethink my role in the real estate industry. Due to the depressed economy, which has caused much anguish amongst distressed homeowners, I have often been put in a position of guiding clients in emotionally charged situations find their way to recovery.  I truly believe that when it comes to helping homeowners finding their options, knowledge is power. That is why, I spend a great deal of my time getting to know the latest resources, options, and assistance available for homeowners in financial difficulties.
