I have worked in the title and escrow industry for over 25 years and currently work escrow transactions in Lane County, Oregon and surrounding areas. My largest escrow was a major commercial project valued over $200 million. I recently closed a commercial transaction in excess of $21 million with properties in ten Oregon counties.

About 40 percent of the residential escrows I am handling now are distressed properties. Other types of escrows I've handled are 1031 Tax-Deferred and Reverse Exchanges, Construction and Land Development, and Residential Sale and Refinances.
