Biography Dan Desmond is a 40 year resident of Ocean Count and 38 years in Forked River, Lacey Township.  He has been in the real estate business since 1987 and a broker since 1990.  Dan has successfully been either the listing or selling broker on over 750 sales and has also successfully closed dozens of short sales where the homeowners are under distress.  He is a retired Certified Financial Planner and is also a Chartered Financial Consultant.  Dan is the Broker, Owner of Help-U-Sell Bay Beach Realty in Forked River.

Dan is a member of the Ocean County, New Jersey and National Associations of Realtors.  He is also a member of the Lacey Elks, Lacey Moose and Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Dan and his wife, Debbie, have been married 43 years and have 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren.  Debbie has owned the Forked River Florist for 25 years and is also retired from the Lacey Township School system.

Dan served in the Army from 1965 to 1968 and was a combat reporter with the 25th Infantry Division in Cu Chi, Vietnam where he was awarded a Bronze Star Medal.

He is as dedicated to serving homeowners in distress as he served his country.
