Biography

Having moved to Brevard County Florida in 1960, I have seen tremendous growth along Florida’s Space Coast, named after Kennedy Space Center, home of the shuttle and rocket launches. I recceived my Certified Distressed Property Expert designation in October 2008 and have devoted my real estate career to assisting homeowners short sale their property by negotiating with their lender(s) to accept an offer for less than what is owed on the mortgage. This area of Florida has been hit extremely hard by the housing crisis and with impending layoffs at Kennedy Space Center in the near future, is likely to experience even more hard times to come. Negotiating with the banks has been challenging but rewarding at the same time. Experiencing the relief the homeowner(s) feel at the closing is worth every moment of it. I take pride in my ability to negotiate even the toughest of deals and do whatever it takes to ensure a successful closing. I have closed approx 150 short sales over the last 5 years for a total of over $20 million and have had lenders waive approx $14 million in deficiency balances.
