In 2005, buyers wanted help and professional opinion about how to obtain financing, wich them Gilda decided to obtain her Mortgage Broker's License.

Gilda Ignacio was quick to make the transition to distress property specialist successfully negotiating his first short-sale in December 2007.Since making the shift she has essentially become short sale specialist She has continuosly gone through intensive short sale training also providing training to other agents and leading a monthly short sale mastermind in Keller Willliams Office. Gilda has participated as panelist in many short sale conventions and seminars in Florida. Keller Williams University, Pines School of Real Estate, Charfen Institute have been the core of Gilda's education.
