As CDPE Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching the CDPE course with the ability to answer questions regarding the content, the short sale market and the real estate industry as a whole.
 
The ideal candidate will have:

·      Strong expertise in the real estate industry

·      Previous experience teaching / instructing

·      Excellent communication skills

·      Dedication & Drive

 
 
You will be expected to:
 
·      Travel to CDPE courses across the country and arrive the day prior to the training.
·      Arrive early to the class and after lunch breaks each day.
·      Check the facility the day prior, make certain that materials have arrived and they are ready for the class.
·      Help the facilitator when needed with registration questions, pin sales, and advanced forms
·      Fill out all necessary paperwork and meet the time requirements for returning the materials back to DPI and Molding Box.
·      Keep in contact with the Events department and communicate any necessary information back to the corporate office.
·      Always represent DPI in a professional manner and make certain not to bring your own political or religious views into the CDPE course. 
·      Teach only the course content, maintain the right pace, and allow time for questions and answers for the best student experience. 
·      Do not make any course or Power Point modifications without the permission and knowledge of DPI.
