Biography I am a full time Realtor that is licensed in Maryland, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. I have my own Group (The Daniel Group) and I work primarily in Washington County, Maryland and Franklin County, Pennsylvania. I am very passionate about helping distressed homeowners as I have had friends and relatives in this same situation due to the economy. I love spending time with my family and my hobbies are watching movies, watching tv and working in my garden. My son Hayden just turned 3, my daughter Andrea will be 17 in December and soon getting her drivers license. Hayden is Autistic and I love helping his Headstart class with activities and events. I am very involved in his therapy sessions and giving input to the Headstart program on how to assist children with special needs. I guess what I'm trying to say is that life throws you unexpected curve balls and you must make the best of the challenges that you face. I am devoted soley to helping distressed homeowners facing the difficult financial desicion of trying to stay in their home or sell the home and move on to bigger and better things in the future with the burden of foreclosure lifted.
