What are your greatest life achievements?

I feel my greatest life achievements are all the people I have helped in my business over the years, and how I’ve been able to shape and move the real estate industry into the future in my market area.

What is your favorite part about teaching the CDPE?

My favorite part of teaching CDPE is when I make a real difference in the life or business of a student. When they e-mail me and describe their successes resulting from the course, it makes it all worth it.

Tell us your most moving CDPE moment.

One of my first short sales was for a young couple. When we finally closed the property, I called them and said it was completed. I could hear the tears on the other end of the phone, and they were so grateful for the work that I had done. All that stress they were feeling was now gone. While I have always had satisfied clients throughout the years, this was the first time I had a reaction like that. I knew from that moment on that I wanted to help more folks.

What does helping people mean to you?

Helping people is teaching them to help themselves and others. By sharing not only what I know, but also how I received that knowledge, it empowers people to commit to a lifetime of learning and sharing.
